一、超聲波系統(tǒng)

1、 Ultrasonic system

超聲波系統(tǒng)是設(shè)備的核心，主要包括換能器和超聲波發(fā)生器。換能器可耐受100℃～150℃的高溫，而超聲波發(fā)生器可以獨(dú)立工作，結(jié)構(gòu)完整且以靈敏的集成控制系統(tǒng)為輔助。

Ultrasonic system is the core of the equipment, mainly including transducer and ultrasonic generator. 這個系統(tǒng)的作用是將清洗劑加熱增加清洗效果，溫度可以自動控制，隨意調(diào)整。

三、槽液循環(huán)過濾系統(tǒng)

3、 Tank liquid circulating filtration system

通過該系統(tǒng)可以將槽液進(jìn)行過濾，保持槽液的清潔度，避免對下道工序的槽液造成污染。

六、烘干系統(tǒng)

6、 Drying system

烘干系統(tǒng)由加熱器、風(fēng)機(jī)和吹風(fēng)噴嘴組成，可以將清洗干凈的工件快速烘干。
